Shipping & Returns

 Domestic Shipping:

  • We will ship all orders within 48 hours of placement (excluding holidays and weekends)
  • If an item sells out you will be notified within 24 hours
  • Discounted merchandise may take an additional 24-48 hours to process
  • Free standard ground shipping on all domestic orders
  • Free ground shipping for domestic orders is shipped using USPS
  • Once orders are processed, customers will receive an email confirming shipping along with a tracking number
  • Please note that L E A H is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

International Shipping: We ship to Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and South America

  • Weight-based rates calculated at checkout
  • Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS
  • It is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and  any fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment

Domestic Return Policy:

  • We offer free returns on all domestic orders and will accept all returns within 14 days that were purchased on leahcalifornia.com for a refund.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns after 14 days.  
  • If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order. 
  • Please email customer.service@leahcalifornia.com stating the reason for the return.  We will provide you with a return form with instructions for mailing the item back. 

International  Return Policy:

  • We will accept returns within 30 days that were purchased on leahcalifornia.com for a refund.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns after 30 days.  
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs 
  • If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order. 
  • Please email customer.service@leahcalifornia.com stating the reason for the return.  We will provide you with a return form with instructions for mailing the item back. 

Returned items must meet the following criteria

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • No scents or odors
  • No rips or tears
  • No other signs of being worn
  • All original tags must be attached
  • All original packaging must be included

If the return does not meet the above criteria, it will be refused and returned to you without credit. We will contact you via email if your return is approved or rejected.
